ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the third respondent dated 28.06.2024, thereby removed the petitioner from service.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of the impugned order reveals that it is appealable one before the Directorate of Elementary Education. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority

within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of such appeal, the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose the appeal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of appeal. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
