3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 71 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.85026 of 2022 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission along with C.M.P.No.13564 of 2022 in C.M.A.Sr.No.75247 of 2022.
