2. On a careful perusal of the affidavit, the petitioner only seeks for terminal benefits of her son who died after illness. She has also stated that Civil suits filed by some persons for declaring them as legal heirs are also dismissed. Her name is given in S.R. Book as his nominee. Inspite of her representation, no steps have been taken so far. The petitioner only seeks to consider her representation and disburse the terminal benefits of her deceased son.
3 The learned counsel for the respondent would contend that the respondents are ready to disburse the terminal benefits of the deceased employee V.Perumal who is stated to be the son of the petitioner, provided she will produce all the records. 4 In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the connected records within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same subject to producing the connected records, pass an appropriate order on merit and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as concerned persons if any, within a period of six months thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
