The petitioner has filed a representation to the first respondent, the Tahsildar, Ponneri, on 12.02.2020 for survey her property in S.F.No.352/5, 352/6 & 352/7. Since no action was taken on the same, the present writ petition was filed on 18.12.2020.

2. Today, Mr.M.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions made a statement that the survey of the petitioner's property is fixed on 06.01.2021.
