C.M.P. No. 15818 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR88860 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 268 days in filing the above appeal. 2.The first and second respondent had remained exparte before the Tribunal and the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to dispense with the notice to them vide Batta SR. No. 28161 of 2013. Hence, notice to the first and second respondents is dispensed with.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Elveeraravindran, learned counsel for the third respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall forfeit the interest for the delay period in the event of enhancement of compensation by this Court.
