No. 15663 of 2023 in C.M.A. No. SR88862 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 233 days in filing in the above appeal. 2.Notice to the first respondent was dispensed with vide order of this Court dated 31.07.2023. Mr. S. Arunkumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall forfeit the interest for the delay period in the event of this Court, enhancing the compensation.
