Prayer : Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order of XX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Allikulam Complex, Chennai passed in Crl.M.P.No.38 of 2020 and direct the Magistrate to send the impugned cheque in Ex.P8 to an handwriting expert for comparison and opinion with the Ex.P2,4 & 7.

ORDER

The Criminal Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the XX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Allikulam Complex, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.38 of 2020 dated 05.03.2020 in dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner seeking to send the impugned cheque, Ex.P8 to an handwriting expert for comparison with the Exs.P2, 4 & 7 and for his Report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
