The matter stands posted for clarification at the instance of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in the final order passed in the revision on 04.9.2024, while referring to the unnumbered suit, the SR number has been omitted to be mentioned.

3. On perusal of the Grounds of Revision filed by the petitioner, it is seen that nowhere, the SR number for the suit, provided by the Trial Court, has been mentioned.

4. In view of the above, no further clarification is required in this civil revision petition.
