Cont.P.No.1229of 2019 instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 14.10.2019.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Contempt petition stands closed, since there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the closure report in accordance with law, if he chooses to do so.
