This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14926 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Virudhachalam Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30am., until further orders in connection with Crime.No.156 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14926 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025 in Crime.No.156 of 2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Virudhachalam Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30am., until further orders is relaxed.
