Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pass orders on the representation to consider his claim for inclusion of his name in the ensuing panel for promotion as Assistant Director of Drugs Control, based on the rank assigned, by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission at the time of selection in pursuant to Rule of Reservation (200 points roaster) as per Rule 35 of the Tamil Nadu State & Sub-ordinate Rules, and promote him as such in the light of the Representation dated 09.09.2021.

2. Since the issue is squarely covered against the petitioner by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.998 of 2017 etc batch dated 15.11.2019, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents at a later point of time in case the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court is interfered in the appellate proceedings before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. No costs.
