Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sub divide the land of the petitioner and mark the boundaries and issue separate patta to the petitioner for the land situated in S.No.110/2 of Perumugai Village to the extent of 10 cents (4360 sq.ft.) ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to sub divide the land of the petitioner and mark the boundaries and issue separate patta to the petitioner for the land situated in S.No.110/2 of Perumugai Village to the extent of 10 cents (4360 sq.ft.)

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 21.05.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
