ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15627 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 am, and shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 5.30 pm, until further orders in connection with Crime no.156 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have appeared before the Judicial Magistrate Court for 15 days and they have not appeared before the respondent police. He also submits that in this case, investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15627 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 am, and shall appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 5.30 pm, until further orders in connection with Crime no.156 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30am., unti further orders.
