The relief sough for in the writ petition is a Mandamus directing the first respondent viz., Revenue Divisional Officer, Perambalur District, to pass order on the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 30.07.2018.

2. Today, Mr.M.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader has forwarded the order dated 10.02.2020 in Pa.Mu.No.a2/3387/2018, which is the order of the first respondent viz., Revenue Divisional Officer, Perambalur District.

3. In view of the fact that orders have been passed, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Even in this order, it has been stated within a period of 90 days, an appeal can be further filed before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Perambalur. Since the copy of the above order has handed over to the petitioner only today in the Open Court, the period of limitation shall commence only from today.

4. With the above said observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
