Prayer: Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate and necessary action against the 3rd respondent by considering petitioner's representation dated 24.9.2012.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying that this court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and the second respondents to take appropriate action against the third respondent, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.9.2012.
3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first and the second respondents had submitted that the enquiry would be conducted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
against the third respondent, based on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 24.9.2012, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the third respondent.

The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the third respondent have no objection for such an order being passed by this court, directing the second respondent to cause an enquiry, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.9.2012 and to pass appropriate orders thereon.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, this Court finds it fit to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.9.2012, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the third respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
