(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.D.Vijay Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent No.1, Mrs.P.Veena Suresh, learned standing counsel for
respondent No.2, Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5 and Ms.Geetha Ramaseshan, learned counsel for respondent No.6
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 is running a hospital. No valid permission has been obtained. The parking space is not available. Illegal parking is being made thereby traffic congestion takes place.
3. The learned counsel for respondent No.6 submits that the permission was sought and the further construction made has been regularised by the authority on 11.06.2019.
