This Writ Petition has been filed for quashment of the order of the third respondent dated 31.08.2021, vide ref No.372/,3_gJ1_jmnghf(nfh)/2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that since the petitioner has joined duty in the transferred place i.e., Valparai Branch, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
