This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 04.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8175 of 2023.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order dated 04.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8175 of 2023, the respondents filed writ appeal before this Court in W.A.No.2971 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court granted interim stay. 3.
