ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in Crime No.302/2017 dated 02.07.2014 before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, Mr.A.Gopinathan, Sub Inspector of Police, CCB, Chennai is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that if three months time is granted, the Police will complete the investigation.

4. Accepting the submission, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.302/2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
