AND V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 29 days in preferring appeal against the judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem in Special S.C.No.14 of 2021 dated 13.03.2025.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 29 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
