This petition is filed to condone the delay of 762 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal.

Ms.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall forfeit the interest for the delayed period, in the event of this court enhancing the compensation.
