Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to remove the classification of the land as Anadheenam and consequentially direct the 4th respondent to issue Patta in the petitioners name in respect of the property at S.No.631/3 to an extent of 0.76 1⁄2 cents situated at Periya Elasagiri Village, Nallur, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering the petitioners representation dated 18.11.2020. This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation made bythe petitioner on 18.11.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for changing the classification of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subject property as Anadheenam and consequently to issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Mr. Parameswaran, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent has called the petitioners for enquiry on 23.12.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioners can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 4th respondent has already claled the petitioners for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any proposal is made for the change in classification, a report shall thereafter be placed before the 2nd respondent, to enable the 2nd respondent to pass final orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. This Writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
