ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' online application dated 17.06.2024 for issue of sub-division patta and name transfer of the petitioners for the properties morefully described in the schedule to the writ petition.

2. The petitioners submitted an application on 17.06.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property and name transfer, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners' representation 2/4

on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
