This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the Welfare Commissioner (Central) Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, culminating in Order No.A.26/12/AGT/LWO/CHN 2026 and quash the same and further direction to the respondents to re-transfer the petitioner from Surandi Tenkasi District to the BWWF Dispensary, Trichy on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 27.04.2026.
