ORDER

The dispute is between brothers regarding a property owned by their mother. The counter claim filed by the defendant, for which, the plaintiff wants to file a Reply Statement. However, it suffers a delay of 659 days. Hence, application No.6462 of 2024 filed to condone the delay in filing the Reply Statement to the counter claim. 2.Taking note of the fact that the delay is enormous, however, the reasons stated for the delay appears to be acceptable, in view of the fact that almost 100 documents are relied by the defendant to substantiate the counter claim, the application to condone the delay is allowed with a direction directing the applicant/plaintiff to pay a costs of Rs.10,000/- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
