ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the husband of one Mrs.Krishnaveni aged 50 years. Mrs. Krishnaveni, even according to the affidavit of the petitioner, is a mentally retarded person. From 05.06.2016, she has been found missing. In this regard, the petitioner has made a complaint to the respondent police upon which a case has been registered in Cr.No. 833 of 2016 for 'woman missing'. The woman has not been so far traced, is the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, he is before this Court with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is taken in the right direction and every effort is taken to trace out the woman. Since there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

illegal custody and since every effort is made to take forward the investigation to trace out the woman, no direction as prayed for is given in this petition.
