Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent not to interfere in civil dispute and consequently not to harass the petitioners and summoning them for enquiry on the complaint filed by the de facto complainants viz., Vasanthamani, M. Karthi and M.Madhankumar.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to interfere in civil dispute and consequently not to harass the petitioners and summoning them for enquiry on the complaint filed by the de facto complainants.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by Vasanthamani, M. Karthik and M.Madhankumar, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
