These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9431 of 2023 to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties and to extend the time granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9431 of 2023 on 27.04.2023 with a condition the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties. He would submit that the petitioner is a cooly and he was unable to provide sureties for a sum of Rs.25,000/-. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with two sureties.
