2.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand, and the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, the delay of 2 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 33340 of 2026 is condoned.
