..Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.215 of 2019 from the file of Inspector of Police, Cuddalore O.T.Police Station to Inspector of Police, Puthu Chathiram Police Station, Cuddalore District to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation pending in Crime No.215 of 2019, on the file of the second respondent.
2.This transfer petition has been filed on the ground that the petitioner had sustained grievous injuries, since he was attacked by the accused persons with deadly weapons and one of the police officer is exerting pressure on the petitioner to withdraw the case or to compromise with the accused persons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Therefore, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for transfer of investigation.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to continue further with the investigation effectively without giving any pressure to the petitioner to withdraw or compromise with the accused persons. The investigation conducted by the second respondent shall be monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Cuddalore. The second respondent shall complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a final report before the concerned Court.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
