This petition is filed to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above CMA.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 91 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

Since 3rd respondent was set exparte before the Tribunal, notice to 3rd respondent is dispensed with.
