This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to make corrections in the Lok Adalat award dated 10.02.2018, passed in Lok Adalat case No.3 of 2018. 1/4

2. From the perusal of the petition filed for correction it is seen that certain typographical errors have crept in and hence the petitioner has filed the petition only to set right the typographical errors.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent also has no serious objection for allowing the said petition and further submitted that the correction can be carried out.

4. In view of the submissions made, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Perundurai, to take appropriate measures as the circumstances warrant at its discretion and to issue a fresh copy of the award to the parties. No costs.
