This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the award passed by the Small Causes Court, Chennai, in M.C.O.P.No.6574 of 2018 dated 04.12.2024.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
