This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.1250/2021, pending on the file of XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai.

2.It is submitted by the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) that the prosecution had examined all the witnesses cited on their behalf and the case is now posted for cross-examination of P.W.1 at the request of the petitioner.

3. In view of the advanced stage of trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his contentions before the Trial Court.
