ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 19.03.2026 to take appropriate action to extend the period from 35 years to 65 years and allot 13 feet breath to take vehicle and Machines to petitioner's land and covert the pathway from Mud to Tar Road. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. In reply, the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2026 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2026 on its own merits and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
