Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.9361 of 2016 in C.A.No.246 of 2016 on the file of this Honourable Court dated 02.09.2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.R.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURYA PRAKASH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9361 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.246 of 2016, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9361 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No. 246 of 2016 dated 02.09.2016.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Uthagamandalam, once in four months i.e. first working day at 10.30

a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
