ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass order on his application dated 26.12.2016 seeking gun licence renewal from 31.12.2016 to 31.12.2019 bearing licence No.SBBLM 6: 390-92. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he was granted a Gun Licence in Licence No.SBBLM.6:390-92 during the year 1992 by the competent authority considering the fact that his agricultural land situated near the forest and the same has been periodically https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

extended. Finally, on 31.12.2016 the said licence came to be expired. Therefore, the petitioner made an application before the second respondent seeking renewal of licence upto 31.12.2019. Finding no response, he is before this Court seeking the above said prayer.

3.Since the petitioner has already been granted licence and the same has been renewed from time to time, this Court has no impediment to consider the case of the petitioner. Therefore, the respondents are directed to grant licence to the petitioner forthwith unless there is an adverse remark against him. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
