(CR.NO.224 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before Peralam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12958 of 2019 dated 15.5.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MURUGANANTHAM T., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before Peralam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12958 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
