ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A4 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 468, 471, 452, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.34 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is said to have manipulated the documents which belongs to the defacto complainant and executed a sale deed in favour of third party without the knowledge of the defacto complainant. Hence, the present complaint.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that charge sheet in respect of this case has been filed in C.C.No.87 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.
