O R D E R

The first petitioner had filed an undertaking affidavit declaring that he would vacate the property within six months, viz., on or before 31.10.2026 and had also undertaken to remit the present rental amount till that date. The said undertaking given by the petitioner is as follows:- "

1. I am the 1st petitioner in the main Civil Revision Petition and as such I am well acquainted with the facts of the case. I am swearing to the affidavit on my behalf as well as on behalf of the petitioners 2 to 4, who are none other than my children.

2. I state that my wife, Girija Govindarajan was originally the tenant and on her demise we are the tenants, and as such we have preferred the CRP as against the order passed in RCA No. 629 of 2015 dated 01.10.2020 confirming the order and decreetal order dated 30.09.2015 made in RCOP No. 1820 of 2009.

3. I undertake that we shall vacate and hande over vacant possession of the demised premises within six months i.e., on or before 31.10.2026 to the Respondents /Landlords and that till vacant possession is handed over we shall continue to remit the present rental amount paid by us.

4. I state that we shall not create any third party's interest over the demised premises.

5. I therefore most humbly and respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the undertaking and grant us six months time to vacate and deliver vacant possession of the demised premises and thus render justice."

2. Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioner, there is no further necessity to adjudicate the lis involved in the Revision Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed. It is made clear that the petitioner shall vacate and hand over possession to the respondent on or before 31.10.2026. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
