Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Director ( incharge) Horticulture and Hill Plantation Crops, Chepauk, Chennai-600 005 culminating in proceedings No.A2/4037/2008 dated 13.06.2008 quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent and 4th respondent not to transfer the petitioner from the office of the Deputy Director, Horticulture, Trichy to the office of the Deputy Director, Horticulture,Nagapattinam.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Director(incharge) Horticulture and Hill Plantation Crops, Chepauk, Chennai- 600 005 culminating in proceedings No.A2/4037/2008 dated 13.06.2008 quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent and 4th respondent not to transfer the petitioner from the office of the Deputy Director, Horticulture, Trichy to the office of the Deputy Director, Horticulture, Nagapattinam.

2.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become Infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to the effect: "This writ petition as Infructuous as withdrawn."

3. In view of the above statement and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
