2. To be noted, this Court is informed that the second respondent / Indian Overseas Bank is duly served but they have not chosen to come before this Court.

3. All the respondents before this Court submit in one voice that they are not opposing the prayer in the captioned application and it is not only innocuous but imperative too.

4. Considering the nature of the matter and considering that the prayer in A.No.91 of 2022 is for handing over industrial shed in which an insolvent was a lessee (owner of the industrial shed is the applicant), captioned application is ordered as prayed for.

5. Learned counsel for applicant/3rd party to carry out necessary and consequential amendment within a fortnight from today i.e., by 30.08.2022. Learned counsel for applicant to furnish all concerned with amended copies within one week therefrom i.e., by 06.09.2022.

6. Captioned application ordered on above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
