O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the FIR in Crime No.1032 of 2020 pending on the file of the fourth respondent to Crime Branch CID or any other competent agency.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that almost the investigation has been completed and about to file a final report. At this stage, if the investigation is transferred to another investigation agency, the entire investigation done by the fourth respondent will be futile.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.1032 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation in respect of the 2/4

investigation done by the fourth respondent and ensure that the direction issued by this Court is complied by the fourth respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
