This petition has been filed to modify the condition Para 7(b) of the order dated 28.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15075 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The defacto complainant is appeared before this Court and filed an affidavit stating that the matter was settled between the parties.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the affidavit filed by the defacto complainant, this petition is ordered to the effect that the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10089 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024, is relaxed.
