ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 31.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28181 of 2023, thereby directing the second respondent to provide alternative employment other than Driver or Conductor posts to the petitioner forthwith.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed an order on 12.09.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 12.09.2024 passed by the first respondent, before this Court. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Contempt Petition is closed.
