The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.33300 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The writ petition was filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents therein to conduct enquiry after affording fair opportunity of personal hearing to all parties including the petitioner and the 7th respondent. Documents have been forwarded on behalf of the respondents indicating that the petitioner and the 7th respondent have actually participated in the enquiry and orders have also been passed in Na.Ka.No.5528/2023/A1 dated 06.11.2024. Since the direction has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed.
