Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.M.AMUTHA GANESH, FOR M/S.NORTON AND GRANT, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURYA PRAKASH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.R.C.No.550 of 2013, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6299 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.550 of 2013 dated 25.04.2013.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Krishnagiri once in three months i.e. first working day at 10.30

a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
