( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Seventh day of October Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.10379 of 2021 IN CRL OP.15882 of 2021 GUNASEKARAN [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, PALLADAM POLICE STATION, TIRUPPUR DISTRICT (CRIME NO.1545/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to modify the condition as that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, E-3, Saravampatti Police Station, Coimbatore City, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" instead of "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.15882 of 2021 dated 03.09.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.UDHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 03.09.2021, this Court had granted bail and directed the petitioner to appear before respondent police.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition relating to appearance before the respondent.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance before the respondent police as imposed by order dated 03.09.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, E-3, Saravampatti Pilice Station, Coimbatore City, at 10.30 a.m. daily until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
