ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the interim order dated 18.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6838 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to comply the orders passed by the Appellate Authority dated 02.08.2023 to reinstate the

petitioners into service forthwith.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that this Court directed the respondent to comply the order passed by the Appellate Authority dated 02.08.2023, thereby ordered to reinstate the petitioner into service. As against the order passed by the Appellate Authority, the respondent filed writ petition in W.P.Nos.22994 & 22999 of 2024 and obtained an order of stay as against the order passed by the Appellate Authority dated 02.08.2023.

In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ petitions in W.P.Nos.22994 & 22999 of 2024. 14.08.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rts
