O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17447 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020, directing the petitioner to stay at Thirunelveli and report before the Town Police Station every day at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17447 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthukottai, everyday at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.
